What kind of school systems can you fix?
Anything that staff use to record, report or communicate: behaviour and detention logs, lates and attendance follow-up, cover, trips and parental consent, reports and data drops, room and equipment booking, plus the network underneath, including Wi-Fi, filtering and LGfL connections.
Will you replace our MIS?
No. Your MIS stays as the main record. We fix the gaps around it, such as the spreadsheets, paper forms and duplicate data entry that grow up because the MIS does not quite fit how your school works.
How much does it cost?
The first 30-minute review is free. After that you get a fixed quote before any work starts. Many fixes cost less than a year of the subscription they replace.
Is pupil data kept safe?
Yes. Systems are built around UK GDPR and the DfE data protection guidance for schools, with UK hosting, role-based access and only the data the task needs. We work with your DPO from the start.
Do you work with schools outside the West Midlands?
Yes. Reviews and most builds are done remotely, so we work with schools and trusts across the UK.
