OCR GCSE Combined Science P2 Forces is a step-by-step online learn guide for GCSE students in Years 10 and 11, mapped to the OCR specification (OCR GCSE (9–1) Gateway Science Combined Science A (J250) – Topic P2 Forces). It covers speed, distance and time, motion graphs and acceleration, forces and free body diagrams, newton's laws of motion, momentum, work and power, stretching and springs and gravity, mass and weight, then brings it all together with mixed retrieval and exam practice.
There are 23 short steps of about 15 minutes (roughly 6 hours of learning), each made of bite-size explanations with key words, tables and examples, and every bite-size is followed by an activity you check straight away. Key terms include Scalar, Vector, Distance–time graph, Velocity–time graph, Contact force, Non-contact force, Newton's first law, Newton's second law, Momentum, Conservation of momentum, Elastic deformation and Plastic deformation.
