Functional Skills Maths Level 2 is a step-by-step online learn guide. It covers number and formulae, fractions and decimals, percentages and money, ratio, proportion and measures, perimeter, area and volume, scale, coordinates, 3-D shapes and angles and data and probability, then brings it all together with mixed retrieval and exam practice: section a and section b.
There are 23 short steps of about 15 minutes (roughly 6 hours of learning), each made of bite-size explanations with key words, tables and examples, and every bite-size is followed by an activity you check straight away. Key terms include Negative number, Estimate, Numerator, Denominator, Percentage, Multiplier, Ratio, Direct proportion, Perimeter, Area, Scale and Coordinates.
