Stepping Stones Maths Level 1 is a step-by-step online learn guide. It covers understanding numbers, calculating with whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percentages, time, length, weight and capacity, perimeter, area and volume and handling data, data calculations and probability, then brings it all together with mixed retrieval and unit assessment practice.
There are 23 short steps of about 15 minutes (roughly 6 hours of learning), each made of bite-size explanations with key words, tables and examples, and every bite-size is followed by an activity you check straight away. Key terms include Place value, Digit, Carry, Exchange, Numerator, Denominator, 24-hour clock, am, Length, Weight, Perimeter and Area.
