# for colleges, sixth forms and training providers
Reach pupils before they choose. Help schools meet the Baker Clause.
Teach io puts your courses, T Levels and apprenticeships in front of pupils at the moments they’re thinking about what’s next: in careers lessons, their aspiration check-in and their pathway pages. Schools get every encounter planned, prepared for and evidenced.
Free listing for approved providers · impartial by design · encounters logged for schools

// where pupils meet you
In the places pupils already learn.
Termly subject careers tasks
KS3 careers tasks in every subject can feature routes through your courses, such as a science task on lab technician apprenticeships.
Matched to their interests
When a pupil says they’re interested in engineering, health or digital, they see the matching local courses and open days.
Real local routes
Your courses sit alongside local jobs and pay in our labour market information course, so pupils see where each route leads.
“Where next after GCSE?”
Every GCSE subject links to the T Levels, apprenticeships and technical courses it leads on to, including yours.
// what schools get
Encounters that count, and the evidence to prove it.
Your visits, talks and tasters still happen in school, during the school day. Teach io makes each one easier to run and easier to evidence.

// safeguarding and data
Pupils first, schools in control.
Partnerships run through schools. We don’t pass pupil details to colleges, and pupils choose for themselves when to get in touch.
- dataNo pupil names or contact details are shared. Reports show totals and interest by subject, never individuals.
- contactVisits and tasters are arranged with each school, under its own safeguarding procedures.
- contentCareers tasks explain courses and routes honestly. We review everything before it goes live.
- choicePupils see academic, technical and apprenticeship routes side by side.

College questions
Does Teach io deliver Provider Access Legislation encounters?
No. Encounters still happen in school with you, during the school day. Teach io helps schools plan them, prepares pupils beforehand, collects their reflections afterwards and logs each encounter as evidence.
Who can be listed for free?
Any provider of approved technical education qualifications or apprenticeships, including FE colleges, sixth form colleges, university technical colleges and independent training providers.
Will we get pupils’ contact details?
No. To protect pupils, we never share personal data. Pupils contact you directly, for example by booking an open day, when they choose to.
Which schools will see our courses?
Pupils in Teach io partner schools near you. Tell us your catchment and we’ll show you which schools are taking part.
